Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity and demand here at Royaljlee Treatments, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation in 48 hours will not reflect any charges and is advised!

Any Cancellation with less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of service that was cancelled. ( minimum $25) This is to be paid before or at next service scheduled.

First time NO SHOW (forgotten) appointment is also 50% of service that was scheduled. No exceptions. No booking until paid.

Second time NO SHOW (forgotten) appointment you will be required to pay for  FULL service that was scheduled before another apt will be scheduled. ( if you refuse you will be denied further services here at  Royaljlee Treatments)

LET’S TALK ABOUT BEING LATE… I reserve the right to refuse anyone that is late. With that being said I can still do service with a 15 min courtesy. Anything more than 15 min it is considered a no show fee and rescheduling  will be necessary.
